Paul is a doer, experienced private & public company executive, board member with 25 years across a variety of industries including health-tech, AI, dosing technology, food & beverage, cannabis / hemp / psychedelic. He prefers to be hands-on while leading with do-good mission. His areas of expertise include taking company public and managing the public entity post IPO. Gets very excited launching new brands, building new sales channels, capital formation and raise, board governance. His goals to build intellectual property assets, marketing with relevant fresh branding & pioneering novel channel strategies, P&L ownership with a focus on authentic-feel-good-team building to achieve exponential scale. Throughout his executive career, Paul has co-founded and held leadership positions at companies NEW PILL, a patent pending personally tailored dosing, adherence with real-time tracking for medical applications of opioids, cannabis & psychedelic. Co-founded Canna Candys and exited to a pubco. Urban Wireless was the first prepay wireless MVNO in the United States. He was a co-founder who innovated the first prepaid telecom platform with all-digitally built and managed master distributor of mobile phones and prepaid POS payments, generating over $750M through its payment network; overseeing the development, fundraising, and market launch of a wearable tech iSWIMBAND to prevent drowning, which has been featured prominently in mass media and is distributed in major retailers including Walmart, Target, Toys R Us, and Staples. His real estate and restaurant development fund was the exclusive Johnny Rockets developer in New York. Paul was a guest speaker for Columbia University, NYU, and Fordham University in their Entrepreneurship Studies programs as well as a member of the MIT Enterprise Forum and XPRIZE.  He received Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
